It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of our Lord’s will that we announce the death of Teresia Njeri Muturi.
Teresia Njeri Muturi was born in Rukira, Nyeri, on 12th December, 1953 and she rested on 11th March, 2024.
She was the first-born daughter of Joel Nelson Kariuki and Warukira Kariuki.
Sister of Hannah Wanja, Beatrice Njoki and Julia Wandia. Wife of the late Robert Arthur Muturi.
Mother of Duncan Wathiru Muturi, Joyce Wanjiku Muturi, Nelson Kariuki Muturi (Gloria Bahati), Esther Warukira Muturi-Mburu and bonus daughter/ niece Esther Warukira Wandia-Mwangi (Samwel Mwangi).
Mother-in-law of Marylin Wathiru and James Mburu Karanja.
Grandmother of Jeremiah Wathiru Muturi, Andrew Karanja Mburu, Julie Njoki Mburu, Jennifer Njeri Muturi, Briana Njeri Kariuki, Kyla Njeri Kariuki, Malika Njeri Kariuki, Lisa Wanjiku Mwangi and May Wandia Mwangi.
There will be a memorial service at Ridgeways Baptist Church along Kiambu Road on Tuesday 19th March 2024 from 2.00pm.
She will be laid to rest on Thursday 21st March 2024 at her residence in Kamulu.
