It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce
the death of our beloved Peter Nguyo Gachanja on Wednesday 8th May
2024. He was son of the late Rufus Gachanja Wambugu and the late Virginia Ngima
Gachanja.
He was a loving husband of Agnes Njeri Nguyo. He was a
devoting father of Ngima Nguyo, Mwangi Maina and Wambui Nguyo, Muthoni Nguyo,
Gachanja Nguyo, Mwangi Nguyo, Murigu Kinyua and Wanjiku Nguyo.
He was a doting grandfather of Mark Thomas Nguyo, Martin Njuguna,
Bernadette Njeri, Gabrielle Njeri, Isabella Njeri, Jesse Kinyua and Megan
Wangui.
He was a unifying brother of the late Charity Magachi, Rose
Ngare,Marjorie Ngure, the late Eliud Wachira, Ann Kahuho, the late George Gachuìrì, the late Francis
Muchungi, Boniface Wamahiu, Jema Kanyari
and the late Charles Githinji.
He was an uncle and friend of many.
The cortege leaves Jamii Hospital Funeral Home(Karatina) on
Friday 17th May 2024 at 7:00 a.m. Mass will be held from 11:00 a.m.
at Our Lady of Divine Providence Gikondi.Thereafter the burial service will be
held at his home in Gikondi village,Mukurwe-ini.
Acts 13:36...”When he served God's purpose
in this own generation, he rested.”
