It is with profound sorrow that we announce the demise of Mr. Charles Ndirangu Ndugu (Director, Apex Security Services Ltd), on 10th May 2024 after a long illness bravely borne.
He was husband of Irene Njeri Ndirangu. He was son of the Late Mr. Archibald Ndugu and the Late Leah Muthoni Ndugu.
Brother of Hellen Wangui Ndugu, Samuel Njora Ndugu, Step Brother of Samuel Ndugu, Robert Mwangi, Stephen Gichimu, Elizabeth Wangui, Erastus Kigweru, Beatrice Wanjiku and Duncan Njora.
He was a Loving Father of the late Moses Ndugu Ndirangu & Kyle Mueni Ndugu, Sarah Muthoni Ndirangu, Daniel Kanyeki & Wothaya Njeru Kanyeki, Nyawira Ndirangu Mwangi & Patrick Mwangi and David Migwi Ndirangu.
He was a loving Brother In-Law of Paul & Teresa Njeru, Harrison & Elizabeth Kariuki, The Late Paul Mwalimu Maingi.
He was an uncle of the Wachira’s, Migwi’s, Wambugu’s, Njora’s, Wanjau’s, Kanyeki’s and many others.
He remains favorite Grandfather of Tamika Macharia, Jaden Macharia, Tamara Macharia, Brian Macharia, Gabriella Kanyeki, Ava Kanyeki, Imani Mwangi, Samaira Mwangi, Angela Migwi, Idriss Migwi, Nina Migwi and Eliana Migwi.
He was a Cousin and Friend of Many.
Relatives and friends are meeting today Tuesday 14th May, 2024 at his residence in Ongata Rongai at 5.00pm and at All Saints Cathedral at 5.00pm for prayers and burial preparations.
There will be a Memorial Service on Wednesday 15th May, 2024 at SDA Karengata (opposite Galleria) at 10.00am.
The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home, along Mbagathi Road on Friday, 17th May, 2024 at 7.00am and thereafter proceed to his farm in Kitini, (near Kambiti) Makuyu, Muranga County for the burial ceremony that will start at 10.00am.
His passing leaves a profound void in the lives of all who had the privilege of knowing him. He will be fondly remembered forever for his wisdom, peace love, generosity and kindness.
