It is with humble acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the sudden demise of Rtd Elder Rose Waringa Njugi of Matura Village, Olkalou West, Nyandarua County.
Daughter of the late Peel Maina Ngoche and the late Florence Ruguru Maina. Daughter-in-law of the late Bernard Gachogu and Susan Wambui.
Wife of the late Stephen Njugi Gachogu. Mother of Susan, Bernard, Florence, Loise and Alice. Mother-in-law of Daniel, Violet and Dedan.
Sister of Macharia, Nyambura, Mugo, Judy, Mikira and the late Margaret. Sister-in-law of Jeremiah & Margaret, the late Joshua & Lydia, the late Mary & Titus, Wangechi, Mwangi & Wanjiku, Rebecca, Gichovi, Wanjiku, Okech and Eudias. Aunty of many.
Grandmother of Wainaina and Wambui, Njugi K and Peninah, Njugi R, Wambui, Ringa, Jimmy, Imani, Israel, Christian and Arabella. Great grandmother of Daniel and John.
Family and friends are meeting daily at her home in Matura Village,Olkalou from 3:00p.m. There will be a memorial service on Sunday 26th May 2024 at 2:30pm at PCEA Umoja Church, Nairobi.
The cortege leaves JM Kariuki Funeral Home, Olkalou on 28th May 2024, at 8:00a.m. There will be a Church Service at PCEA Ruriii Church at 10:00a.m and thereafter burial will take place at her farm in Matura Village, Rurii Sub-Location, Nyandarua County.
