It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Jane Wangari Maina of Gathara Village, Nyandarua County.
Daughter of the late Ngoiya and Washera, and the late Mukuru and Wanjiku. Wife of James Maina Mukuru.
Mother of Penina and George, Dorcus and Omari, Elizabeth, Peter and Anne, Susan and Edward, Anne and Geoffrey. Sister of the late Paul and Jane, John and Teresia, Elizabeth and Njoroge, James and Esther, the late David and Margaret, Geoffrey and Njeri, the late Githugu and Millicent, the late Virginia and Wamutitu, Karani, Ngigi, Mbuthia, among others.
Grandmother of Susan, Ian, Willis, Ted, Aldair, Nick, Nicci, Justin, Janine, Anisha and Anaya. Aunty of many.
Family and friends are meeting at Parklands Villa Hotel, 6.00 pm daily. The burial takes place on Friday 27th September 2024 at her home in Gathara Village. The cortege leaves Nyayo ward Engineer, at 8.00 am. The church service and funeral mass will be at St. Marys of Assumption, Tulaga.
