It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden demise of our beloved matriarch Rose Machocho Mwasingo on the 28th of December 2024.
Machocho was married to Mr. Silas Mwasingo Mwawughanga.
Daughter of the late Bernard & Clemence Mwazuna of Shigharo village, Taita Taveta. A loving mother of Judy Mwanake, Clemence Waza, Julia Mrunde and Eunice Mwaka. She was a sister of Winnie Masinde, The late Love Mtwanguo and Late Elias Mwalekwa. She was daughter in law of the late Robert and Judith Mwawughanga. She was a sister-in-law of the late Julia Tole, Patrick Kilimo, the late Nathan Ndighila, Priscillah Mungwana, the late Martha Mkamachi, Jessy Mwatati, the late Renson Shimba, Cliford Mwakio and Alexander Mombo. She was a mother-in-law of Mackenzie Odada, Victor Ochola and Dr. Kadivane Kigamwa.
She was a doting grandmother of Tiara, Janelle, Tyrone, Maya, Xavier, Tania, Malia and Adriel. She was an aunt and cousin to many.
The cortege will leave St. Joseph Shelter of Hope Funeral Home, Ikanga on Thursday 2nd of January 2025 at 9:00am. The funeral service will be held on the 3rd of January 2025 from 9:00am at Danson Mwanyumba Stadium, Wundanyi town and burial at Wasinyi Village, Wundanyi, Taita Taveta County.
