Son of Daniel Wamathu and Mary Wanjiku. Son in-law of Paul Kuria Waweru and Esther Njoki Kuria. Loving husband of Mary Mwihaki Njuguna. Father of Paul Kuria, Francis Waweru, Dan Wamathu, Maureen Wanjiku and Samuel Mwangi. Father in law of Caroline Mwangi and Asha Addullahi. Grand father of Humphrey Njuguna, Ariana Mwihaki and Taj Njuguna.
Brother of the late Stanley Mwangi, Late Julius Mwangi, Moses Kamau, Jimnah Njoroge, Martha Kabura, Sam Kangethe, David Kamau, Jane Njeri. Brother in law of Peter waweru, James Kuria, Anthony Karanja, Lucy Wanjiru, Jane Ngina, Alice Muthoni, Reginah Wanjiku, Theresia Njeri, Pauline wangui, Charity Mwangi, Lilian Gacheri, Paul Kahungi, Ann Kamau, Mary Njoki, David waruingi and the Late Alice Njeri. And Uncle of many.
Friends and Family are meeting daily at his home in Ruiru , Magomano and at All Saints Cathedral from 6 p.m.
The cortege leaves K.U. Funeral Home on Thursday 12th April 2018 at 8a.m for a Graveside funeral service at his father`s home in Kiria (Mugoiri Wa Tiri)
