We, the family of the late Paul Gitau Kihiu, would like to express our deep appreciation for the emotional, spiritual, and financial support accorded to us during and after the demise of our beloved husband, father, son, and brother.

God’s grace has been sufficient through this period, as evidenced by the incredible warmth, care, support, prayers, encouraging words, and kindness from family, friends, well-wishers, and many who stood and continue to stand with us. We are comforted that Paul’s life impacted so many. As a family, we wish to extend our sincere gratitude and appreciation to: our extended family, relatives and friends; the Organizing Committee of Paul’s farewell memorial service and burial; Dr. Paul Wangai, his medical team, and the faculty and staff of Aga Khan University Hospital; Montezuma Funeral Home; Karura Community Chapel, led by Pastors Evans Makatia and George Shiramba; AFLEWO (Africa Let’s Worship); Daystar University faculty and alumni; Paul’s former colleagues at C&R, Faulu Bank, CBA, and ABSA; Paul’s former schoolmates at Lenana School and Lavington Primary School; ex-Shell staff; Greenridge Association; the Alliance Girls High School Class of ’89; and the Kabete Group.

As it is not possible to thank everyone individually, we humbly request that you accept this appreciation as a token of our deep gratitude. May God richly bless you all.
“And I heard a voice from heaven saying, “Write this down: Blessed are those who die in the Lord from now on. Yes, says the Spirit, they are blessed indeed, for they will rest from their hard work; for their good deeds follow them!” ~ Revelation 14:13
