It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Rev. Jane Omongo Minya, former National Chairlady, women department, Church of God in East Africa (Kenya), which occurred on 1st January 2024.
Beloved wife to the late Wilson Omongo Minya.
Mother to Kwegyir Minya, the late Judith Minya, Wycliffe Minya, Betty Omongo Oluoch, Rachael Omongo Idah. Mother-in-law to Rose Minya, Petronila Minya, Steven Oluoch and Silas Idah.
Grandmother to Eddy, Winnie, Yvette, Yvonne, Sandra, Luke, Makeba, Jadini, Prince, Janey, Peris and Wicklife. Great-grandmother to Reagan, Lanisha, Kai and Amalia.
Sister to the late Imbayi, the late Achongo, the late Agnes, Floice Baridi and the late Peruce. Aunt to the Imbayis, the Ongalos, the Musumbas, the Baridis, the Injilis, the Onyukas, among others.
Friends and relatives are meeting daily at her home in Ebusikhale Epang’a Village for prayers and burial arrangement.
The cortège will leave Masaba Funeral Home on Thursday 11th January, 2024 at 10:00 noon for her home. The burial service will take place on 13th January, 2024 at Ebusikhale, Epang’a Village, Luanda Sub-County, Vihiga County.
