It is with profound sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Hon. Rtd Senior Principal Magistrate, Mr Nicholas Njeru Njagi on 16th February 2024 after a short illness, bravely borne.

Loving husband of the Late Sebastiana Wambogo and Dr Tatu Kamau. 

Caring and doting father of Immaculate Wakio, Caroline Murugi, Martin Gitonga, Ambrose Munene, Sheila Wanyaga, Hendrita Wachia and Mercy Kaima. He was a loving grandfather of Djibril Njeru and Jeremy Mutembei among others.

Son of the Late Ambrose Njagi Miatano and the Late Felistus Njoki Njagi of Muthigi village, Embu county and loving Son-in Law of Victor Kamau and Phyllis Njeri Kamau of Langata, Nairobi County. He was the brother of Cecilia Gichuki Ndwiga, Patrick Muriithi Njagi, Juliet Muthoni Njagi, Anne Wanyaga, Joseph Nyungu, Peter Mugo, Rosa Karimi, Jim Mbogo, Samuel Ndwiga, Regina Mukami, 

Respected brother-in-law of the Late David Ndwiga, Josephine Nina, Gibson Nyaga, David Muriithi, Veronicah Muthoni, Fidelis Mueni, Francis Mwaniki, Doris Muthoni, Julian Njeri, Njue, Margaret Marigu, James Muchangi, George Nyaga, Lucy Nyaga, Pierra Nyaga, Charles Mwangi Kamau, Joseph Maina Kamau, Thomas Mburu Kamau, Michael Mundia Kamau, Maria Nyandia Kamau, Gabriel Njoroge Kamau and Gloria Ann Gachiku Kamau.

Loving nephew of Mama Helena Ngima Mathenge, an uncle and friend of many.

Family and friends are gathering daily at his home in Machakos for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Montezuma & Monalisa Funeral Home Machakos at 8.30 am on 27th February 2024 followed by the Requiem Mass at 10.00 am thereafter interment at his Munyuka Farm, Kikima, Makueni County.
